Hope in the darkness!!!!!!!!

I just closed out my exhibit ..."Hope in the darkness, a domestic violence awareness exhibit" It was such a humbling experience. I spent the month sharing my message of Hope in the darkness. I was able to show, through beautiful thoughtful original artwork, life immersed in domestic violence. That was just the beginning. On the other side of the wall, there was also original artwork that depicted Hope in the darkness! That was the theme of the exhibit, HOPE! I wanted to show people both sides of domestic violence and the hope of a better tomorrow free of violence. The other part of the exhibit were pictures from my book. I am a visual person and I felt that was important to show a piece of myself through pictures. I had several interactive pieces to help others learn to release things that they were holding back and ended it with the participant being able to take a positive affirmation home with them. Lastly, I had pictures of my happy ever after showing that you can overcome horrible things, come out a stronger person and find healing.

I was emotional taking it down but I know this is not the end! This is just the beginning. I am doing a pop up exhibits, in schools, faith groups, schools, colleges, health groups or any type of groups I already have several booked speaking engagements and many more to come. If you are interested in booking me to speak at your establishment, please email me at memoirsofaninvisiblechild@gmail.com. I have many types of packages that I will cater to you, big or small. My message is education, steps for healing and HOPE in the darkness!
